As a small, hand-crafted jewellery studio, I’m unable to offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different piece, you’re welcome to return the original for a refund and then choose a new creation.

The stones and crystals come mostly from small local suppliers or lapidaries so I can be confident in their origin and quality.

As gifts of the earth, no stone is ever completely uniform - tiny blemishes, nicks and inclusions are part of their natural character. These marks do not affect the integrity of the stones and add to its unique story. Please refer to product descriptions and photographs for any details highlighted on specific pieces.

All my jewellery is crafted from sterling silver (925), with any gold detailing made from solid gold - not gold fill, plating or vermeil. Each listing specifies the exact colour and carat of gold used.

Precious metals are 100% recycled, sourced from a trusted UK supplier, so every piece carries both beauty and conscience.
