Each piece is crafted with care and intention, ready to be worn, loved and treasured. From my studio to your hands, every item embarks on its own little journey.

UK Domestic Shipping

UK domestic shipping is £5 via Royal Mail Special Delivery - a tracked and insured service that requires a signature upon arrival, ensuring your piece reaches you safely.

Orders are lovingly packaged and posted within 2-4 working days, Monday through Thursday. A tracking number will be shared so you can follow the journey.

International Shipping

At present, Ornate Alchemy is available only within the UK. Shipping to the USA and Canada will be arriving soon - please check back for updates.

I’m currently unable to offer shipping to Europe or Northern Ireland, but any changes will be shared here as they happen.

Returns Policy

My hope is that every piece brings you joy for a lifetime. If something isn’t quite right, please reach out - I would love the chance to help.

To help avoid unnecessary returns, please double-check measurements and ring sizes before purchasing.

Returning an Item

If you wish to return a piece, please notify me within 14 days of receiving your order. Items should be in the same condition you received them - unworn, unaltered and returned in their original packaging to protect them on their journey back.

While exchanges are not currently offered, I am happy to guide you through the returns process and answer any questions along the way.

How to Return Your Item

  • Please send your item back in a fully “re-saleable” condition, carefully packaged to prevent damage in transit.

  • Retain proof of postage until your return has safely reached me. Using a tracked and insured service, such as Royal Mail Special Delivery, is strongly recommended for your peace of mind.

  • Items remain the sender’s responsibility until they are received - I’m unable to accept liability for any loss or damage in transit.

  • Please note that return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.

Once your jewellery arrives and has been inspected, a refund will be issued promptly for items in re-saleable condition. In the rare event that an item cannot be resold, it may be returned to you.
